Pick up Reminder

For those of you who placed an order this month, just a reminder that this is the week for pick up.  We'll be at the usual pick up location in Colorado Springs (see the article below) Friday, August 22nd from 4 to 5:30pm.  If you need to be there later than 5:30pm, please call on my cell phone at 303-902-0590.

For those of you in Monument, I'll call as we are leaving Colorado Springs on Friday.

For the Denver Metro people, the usual Saturday routine will be in place.  For others, I'll be calling to make arrangements for sometime the following week.

To All OMA’S PRIDE Valued Customers

In order for OMA’S PRIDE to continue to provide top quality products and meet your pet food needs, we are forced to modify our prices.  Some items have already been increased due to the incredible increases we have seen from our suppliers.

There are many factors driving these increases. 

·     Farmland that was previously used for growing a variety of vegetables has been converted to growing corn for ethanol production, thereby causing decreases in the frozen vegetable supply and increases in the price.

·     We are all acutely aware of the dramatic rise in fuel prices, which increases the prices of getting the products to us from our suppliers and, quite frankly, cuts across all industries, IE: power, plastics, ink for labels, cleaning supplies, etc…….

·     The decrease in the value of the dollar against other currencies has increased the price of imported products.

·     The production of raw pet food has come to the attention of many suppliers.  Products for which they previously did not have a large market and, either disposed of, or got short dollars for, are now commanding premium prices.

·     Operational expenses are continually rising. IE: taxes, insurance, electricity, wages, etc………

Please be assured that we are continually searching for alternate suppliers of top quality products at reasonable prices, and will not compromise on the quality of the ingredients in OMA’S PRIDE products.

Trouble with Links from Email Message

I now understand what is causing this issue, I just need to figure out where/how to fix it!  For those of you who receive this News page via email  and are unable to follow the links from the email message, please be patient.  You can go to www.rawdietforpets.com though and access the entire site. 

I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get it resolved soon.  In the meantime, if you are having trouble, please drop me an email letting me know what email program you are using.  Maybe that will help me detect the issue.
